General

Where are you based?

We’re based in the North East of Scotland, just outside of Aberdeen.

What delivery areas do you cover?

For Grazing Boxes + Platters, we cover the following areas:

Stonehaven, Netherley, Newtonhill, Portlethen, Marywell, Cove, Aberdeen City, Cults, Westhill, Kingswells, Bridge of Don + Dyce.

However, we will occasionally offer our deliveries further afield in ‘guest’ locations, so that new and existing customers can try our products. We will always announce these guest areas before visiting, so keep your eyes peeled on our social media for updates!

Do you cover the whole of Scotland for larger events?

Yes! We love exploring Scotland and we’re happy to travel further afield for larger events / weddings, so please do get in touch if you’re interested in knowing more.

Are you a registered and insured caterer?

Yes, our business is fully registered and insured, and we have our Hygiene Pass certification issued by Aberdeenshire Council.

Do you charge VAT?

No, we currently operate as a Sole Trader and we are not VAT registered.

How should I get in touch with you?

Email, Telephone or Enquiry Form.

We are often inundated with emails, so please call us on 07701378291, if you need a quick response. Otherwise, we will aim to respond to your email within 1-5days. Please note, we’re unable to accept bookings through DM / PM on Instagram/ Facebook.

Please also feel free to complete our Enquiries Form, if you’d like to check our availability for a particular date.

Food /Products

Do you cater for vegetarians, vegans, halal and others?

Absolutely, almost all of our products can be adapted. Just let us know your requirements in the notes section at checkout.

How do you handle dietary requirements or allergies?

We are unable to cater for any severe / airborne allergies, since we cannot completely eliminate the risk of cross-contamination. However, we will do our absolute best to accommodate allergies, where possible. Please let us know your requirements in the notes section at checkout.

How long will my product last?

We always recommend consuming our products on the day of delivery when they are freshest, however, they will last up to 48-hours if refrigerated. We recommend removing from refrigeration one hour before serving.

Can I pick what’s on my platter?

We will, wherever possible, work with you to accommodate your preferences and requests. However, we are not able to offer a ‘menu’ of individual items to select from. Instead, we select the best seasonal produce we can find and offer a variety of items that we think you’ll love.

Delivery

When will my order be delivered?

Your selected delivery date will be included on your order confirmation email. Unfortunately, we’re unable to guarantee specific delivery times / slots, as we make all our products fresh to order and have a huge amount of drops to get through each weekend. We aim to have all orders delivered by 6.30pm - in some cases, for products such as our Brunch Box, this will be much earlier. Information pertaining to delivery times can be found on our website for each product.

Where do you deliver to?

Please see our list of delivery areas in the ‘general’ section above. This information can also be found on our website.

What if I'm not going to be in?

We don’t expect you to wait at home all day for your order, so please feel free to recommend a safe place or a neighbour who we can leave your order with.

If you have not provided this information and you are not in when we attempt to deliver, we will call you on the number provided by you at checkout. If we are unable to reach you, we will leave your order somewhere we feel is safe or we may return your order to HQ, where you will be asked to collect it.

What if I order for an area you do not deliver to?

Please do not place orders for areas that we do not deliver to. If this happens, we will refund your order and email to let you know that we cannot fulfil your request. In some cases, we may be able to meet you somewhere on our delivery route, to make sure you still get your order.

Can I contact you on the day of delivery?

On production days (typically, Friday and Saturday), we are extremely busy and often do not have time to check emails and messages regularly. If, for any reason, you need to get in touch with us to discuss your order / delivery, please call us on 07701378291 and we will be happy to help.

Can I order if I'm shielding?

Absolutely. All our drivers take the utmost care when delivering, wearing masks and gloves for your safety. If you’re shielding, please add this to the notes section at checkout and we will ensure the driver leaves your order on your doorstep / safe place, before calling you to let you know it’s there.
